Before conference begins, we host Reaching for Success, which is a business development session for LGBTBEs, and it is a great way to develop a game plan for gaining as much from the conference as possible. More information will be available soon.
LGBTBE Induction Ceremony
To welcome new LGBTBEs to the NGLCC family, we hold an induction ceremony during one of the plenary sessions. During the ceremony, newly certified LGBTBEs are pinned with pride by Corporate Partners in front of conference attendees. This is another critical way to highlight your certification. Matchmakers
Matchmakers is one of our most talked about and valuable sessions at Conference. These are 15-minute time slots where you, as a certified LGBTBE, have the opportunity to meet with supplier diversity specialists from our corporate partners. Information and link to sign up coming soon.
Walk and Talks
In the morning, we host our walk and talk event. During the Walk & Talks LGBTBEs accompany representatives from our Corporate Partners as they walk around a pre-determined course. The Walk & Talks offer a great opportunity to introduce your company or continue a dialogue you may have already started.
Biz Pitch
We have created an LGBTQ Biz Pitch event. This competition is modeled after Shark Tank, and much like the TV show, it is an opportunity for LGBTBEs to pitch an innovative idea to a panel of judges. The winner gets $25,000 cash, and an additional $25,000 in prizes!

Our conference's evening networking receptions are one-of-a-kind opportunities, set in unique environments, to engage with Corporate Partners, LGBTBEs, and other attendees in a more relaxed setting.
