General Questions about the Conference
Is the event virtual or in-person?
This event will happen IN-PERSON at the Renaissance Palm Springs, CA. There will not be virtual programming associated with the event.
What is the Dress Code for this event?
We encourage all attendees to dress comfortably. Business casual for day programming and cocktail casual for evening receptions is recommended.
Will there be an app for the conference?
Yes, the NGLCC Conference app will return this year. As in previous years the app will release closer to the date of the conference.
I am interested in providing services or goods for this conference. How can I submit my business information?
We have not opened an RFP for Conference vendors yet, however, we are asking that interested parties complete the Vendor Interest Form here. The NGLCC team will reach out to the folks who have completed the Interest Form to share when the RFP launches.
What accommodations will be provided?
Captioning and ASL services will be provided for all main stage programs.
