2024 International Business & Leadership Conference Marketplace Expo Information

The NGLCC team is excited to build on last year’s Marketplace Expo and work with your team to help you build a dynamic display that highlights your company’s impact and initiatives! Please read this page thoroughly for the process and expectations to join the NGLCC Marketplace Expo and note that all information is subject to change.

All booth spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please keep this in mind as we approach the registration launch for our stakeholder groups.

When does registration close?
Registration for the Marketplace Expo will close on TBD

How can I register for my booth?
Follow instructions via the links above to register.

Please note: completing your registration does not entitle you to a booth. You must receive an email with confirmation.

How much does a booth cost?
Expo Hall booths are included in NGLCC Corporate Partner dues. 
The cost of a booth for all other entities and organizations is $TBD.

How will I know if I am approved for my booth?
You will receive a confirmation email from the NGLCC team with further information.

I have not received notice if I have been approved for my booth or not. Who can I contact about this?
We thank you for your patience as we respond to the many submissions we have received regarding our Expo Hall. Final decisions regarding booths and additional space for booths will be announced by TBD at the latest.

I have received confirmation for my booth. What’s next? 
Congratulations! We look forward to seeing you and your team in Palm Springs You will see your main points of contact regarding booth questions in your confirmation email, and you will receive your exhibitor’s kit with full information.

Is there an opportunity to purchase additional booth space?
Upon registering for your booth you will have the opportunity to join a waitlist to purchase additional booth space. The cost of additional booth space is $549. The NGLCC team will confirm who is granted additional booth space by TBD at the latest, and this booth space will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
